Aileen Gadiano

Aileen Gadiano is a Lead Pharmacy Technician at CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy, where she has worked since 2019 preparing non-sterile compounded medications according to physician prescriptions and pharmacy standards. She coordinates daily pharmacy operations and work assignments, reviews fellow technicians' work for accuracy, and manages medication inventory and supply ordering to keep the pharmacy running smoothly.

Before joining CareFirst, Aileen served as a Department Manager at Walmart, where she supervised associates, monitored inventory levels, and ensured compliance with company policies and safety standards. That operations and leadership background carries directly into her work training and supporting pharmacy technicians today.

Aileen earned her Pharmacy Technician Certification from Rowan College of Burlington County and is recognized for her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality and safety compliance.
