Jessica Mullenax

Jessica Mullenax serves as Administrative and Compliance Manager at CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy, where she oversees pharmacy licensing and regulatory compliance across all 50 states. She develops and implements compliance training for staff, analyzes operational data to identify quality improvement opportunities, and leads the pharmacy's Continuous Quality Improvement program.

Jessica brings hands-on pharmacy experience to her compliance work, having spent nearly three years as a Lead Certified Pharmacy Technician at Boyds Pharmacy, where she supervised daily operations, mentored junior technicians, coordinated inventory and vendor ordering, and worked closely with pharmacists to verify prescription accuracy. That background gives her a practical, on-the-ground understanding of the regulations she now helps CareFirst navigate.

Jessica is a Certified Pharmacy Technician in New Jersey and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Health Administration at the University of Phoenix, building on the Bachelor of Science in Health Management she earned there. She is known for her attention to detail, cross-functional coordination, and commitment to operational excellence in complex healthcare environments.
