Lisette Cox

Lisette Cox serves as Pharmacy Technician Supervisor and Front End Coordinator at CareFirst Specialty Pharmacy, where she is cross-training across customer service, data entry, shipping, receiving, and dispensing to build a comprehensive understanding of front-end pharmacy operations.

Lisette brings 20 years of pharmacy experience to CareFirst, most recently as a Long Term Care Pharmacy Purchaser and Back-End Pharmacy Supervisor at Omnicare of Southern New Jersey, a CVS Health company, where she supervised pharmacy technicians, coordinated day-to-day assignments, and optimized inventory levels through careful demand forecasting. She began her pharmacy career as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Covered Bridge Pharmacy in 2005 before spending nearly two decades with Omnicare, hiring and training staff, enforcing hazardous drug handling and waste management compliance, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment in a high-volume long-term care setting.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and outstanding communication, Lisette has consistently spearheaded a culture of continuous improvement, significantly enhancing pharmacy operations and patient care throughout her career.
